You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today. -Abraham Lincoln

Well, it will be interesting to see if any of you are still out there. My site has been on hiatus during my final semester in college. Now I have plenty of time to work on it because I'm graduated, jobless, and poor. Hopefully that will be remedied soon.

Nothing much has happened since my last update. I've just been trying to survive through classes and get my diploma. Now after seventeen years of school, I'm completely finished. I don't think that fact has sunk in yet. My brain must be purposely blocking the horror of being thrust into the real world so that I don't panic.

My biggest fear right now is that I'm "unmarketable." After all, what do you do with a degree in Painting? I'd be naive to think I can run right out and be an artist. It takes years to get established and I'd starve to death before then. I want to get some kind of job in the art field, but a decently-paying job will do. I just don't want to turn twenty-four and still be living in my mother's house.

As soon as I get some money I'll begin creating a good online portfolio. If anyone has some suggestions about what I should do in the meantime, it'd be greatly appreciated.
